From Wayne Bunn: Chad Blonde was the winner of the Wicked Wings Wednesday 40 lap, $3500 to win Sprint Car feature presented by Lane Automotive Wednesday night at Butler Speedway.
Caleb Griffith finished 2nd with Sean Robinson 3rd, fast qualifier (12.899) Lee Jacobs 4th and Chuck Wilson 5th. 6-10 were Paul Weaver, Gregg Dalman, Ken Mackey, Adam Zabonick and Shelby Bilton. Heat winners were Robinson, Blonde and Doug Zimmerman. Jason Blonde captured the B main. 24 Sprints were on hand.
Other notables on hand: Dustin Daggett dropped out of the A main finishing 15th. All Star regular Greg Wilson was 16th and a DNF. Gus Wasson also battled mechanical gremlins finishing 20th. Brett Mann was having problems all evening and failed to make the call for the B main. |
